Wolt’s food service is a relentless parade of disappointment that leaves you questioning why you bothered. Orders drag on with delays, arriving cold and unappetizing, while the customer support team perfects the art of being unhelpful. The app feels like it’s actively working against you with its glitches, and the food quality is so abysmal it’s almost impressive. This isn’t a delivery service; it’s a gauntlet of annoyance that consistently misses the mark. Wolt needs to ditch this trainwreck and rebuild from scratch if they want anyone to care. Step up—or step aside.

Every time I’ve ordered the delivery time has always been at least double the estimated time. The last couple times there have also been missing items. Definitely not redownloading this app.

Recently I have realized that the tips option is changing based on which amount is bigger. If 5%, or 10% is higher then fixed amount I am usually giving then percentage is offered. Otherwise fixed amount is offered if it’s higher than percentage. This is not OK. I will stop giving tips just because of this. You are not doing the favor to couriers since people notice those things.

I ordered the food last night using this application and no one answered me back till this morning and then i wrote back to the support section and no one replied back… anyway the food never arrived and on the app it says that the food was delivered and i already paid around 30-35€ and till now i have not got the food nor my money back

I have had a horrible time with this app, often waiting more than 1.5 hours for my food. Customer service is no help and it is very frustrating

Every time I use Wolt there are delivery issues AND customer support does not care. Like taking the cross-town bus in NYC, I avoid it and then decide to give it a try again, then wonder why i bothered when it is always bad service.

Restaurants constantly reject orders because the app doesn’t have a way to show unable items. You end up with wasted time. Avoid this app.

I’ve been using this app for years, but unfortunately, the experience has only gotten worse. Almost every order in Prague arrives late—typically 10–15 minutes beyond the estimated time. While the app is convenient for getting items delivered, be prepared for delays. The standard response is an apology, but if it’s a recurring issue, why hasn’t it been addressed? It’s especially frustrating when paying for a premium service that doesn’t offer a more reliable experience. The app has potential, but consistency and punctuality need serious improvement.

Guys, I had a great experience with Wolt app, ordering and delivering services. Quick and easy, food was still hot. Love it!

Mnogo često se dešava da se predugo čeka dostava, mnogo puta mi pišu kako je vozač krenuo a nije ni preuzeo porudžbinu. Mnogo puta se dešava da ovo jednostavno ne radi kako treba. Hvala, od mene više porudžbina neće biti.

Just left Uber Eats due to horrible customer service. First order was missing a lot of the items but they corrected it within 30 minutes. Jelena was so sweet and helpful. Will be using Volt from now on!

Horrific customer service and all orders come wrong and delayed. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the stress and don’t order from here.

Do something about time estimates in tbilisi theyre way off every time

Just terrible service. Ordered food, but got another order for a different name and venue. Contacted customer support, but got no response for over an hour.

Support is terrible. They are not there to fix the problem. They only scam you and people no one cares about customers.

App is good overall, but customer support can be ridiculous and sides with the merchant on any problems.

The app’s keyboard is freezing when chatting with customer support. A lot of restaurants exceed delivery time so you can never actually rely on indicated ETA. Ridiculous compensation for a severe delay. They do not value customer satisfaction

Wrong order first experience

Мало того что долго ждали доставку и два раза приходило сообщение что ваш заказ задерживается больше часа доставляли , так нам не довезли один бургер и WOLT не решили нашу проблему, поскольку нам нужно было переплачивать сверху чтобы до заказать. Попытки решить проблему они отказывали.

The company does not care about food safety and won’t care if your food was sitting at a room temperature for hours before delivering it to you.

I’m a Wolt user for years. Service has gone downhill in the last year and fees went way up. I’m done with Wolt, deleted the app and am saving money.

Very bad because i just downloaded this app and when i try to use promocodes it says i have already used that promocode but i didn’t

Orders come chronically 30-60min late in addition to already long delivery times - and naturally, the food is going to be cold (and occasionally beaten up). Restaurants usually mark up Wolt prices up compared to other delivery platforms due to Wolt’s high fees. The customer support is subpar as well - it’s arrogant, and answers late, and often fails to solve your problem or even give an answer to your question. At nighttime, there may be no support available all. You can definitely see, that now that Wolt has established their market dominance on a few markets, they don’t care about offering a quality service anymore.

I’ve used wolt for 2 years. It lacks messaging to the delivery drivers so if they have issues you have to contact support. Support takes 10+ mins to get back to you. It’s ridiculous. I only use this app when I have not other option.

Missed just a coke on my 3rd order. Driver stole my order on the 6th. There is a duopoly in the delivery services in Norway and this is apparently the better one… it’s worse than any service in America by far

Stay away from these scammers! scam service! Been dealing with Wolt for a very long time, ordering food and groceries. Over 500 orders in a year and they locked my account with 400$ in it after refunding in credits and not to my bank, they even locked the wolt account. Support ain’t doing nothing, literally scam.

I ordered food with them 7 times. Not once did they deliver food on time. Once they didn’t deliver it at all, and it took 24 hours of constant battling with them to get my money back. Once the food was delivered an hour after it was cooked - needless to say it was inedible at that point.

Very poor service at the support and couriers are always late. Complete irresponsibility

I recently ordered some beverages for my family, the delivery person came and clicked it as it has been delivered. 2 minutes later to find out that my delivery person ran off with my delivery. What a waste. App not recommended.

Mostly the orders have been correct. Mostly. But if it’s not, forget about American customer service standards. The customer is only right if you can absolutely prove it. Also, fees are a little high considering the food is already overpriced.

WATCH OUT not to lose your gift cards, as Wolt places arbitrary limitations on their use that are not stated at the time of purchase. Avoid them. Otherwise the app is great. Just don’t buy any gift cards, lest the person you give them to loses their value.

Great and fast service

Why are these fields being autocorrected when searches are heavily proper nouns? This should be changed. Everything else is great with app and service.

so this app is actually really bad and i don’t recommend it because they keep changing the delivery time “8:30” to “8:38” ans its not much but they should stop because im hungry and dont wanna starve 🙄

Excessive amount are constantly being deducted for unknow reasons. I wanted to speak to the authorized person but i could not reach them. Unfortunately, the excess amount was not sent back either.
